The year is hotting up … and it’s just not the weather!
We’ve been working with the Australian Publishers Association on preparations for our promotional exhibition of Australian picture books, Hello From Australia, at the Bologna Book Fair 2014 in late March. The striking illustration above is from Alphabetical Sydney, by Hilary Bell and Antonia Pesenti (NewSouth Books), is one of 30 illustrations selected to be part of the exhibition with a further 70 illustrated books on display.

It's exciting news that several illustrators have already confirmed that they will visit the book fair this year and work on the creator's table at our exhibition, including Coral Tulloch from Tasmania, Marc Martin from Melbourne and Martin McKenna from London… we'll share more information about this in March.
